Chapter Three Consulting are a business support consultancy who focus on bringing specialist knowledge and expertise to companies who wish to fulfil their compliance obligations.

Our consultants have over 45 years of combined policing and public sector experience and have worked in a wide range of roles in policing, law enforcement and compliance. We keep pace with new legislation, emerging technologies and client needs making us well placed to support them in a wide range of situations.

During our compliance work, we started to realise that new Data Protection legislation called General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), would have an impact on every organisation in the UK and most of the companies we were speaking to had no idea of the implication. We know that many companies will not have the time or expertise to deal with GDPR without assistance, so we have created audits and tools to simplify the process.

We applied for the Adur & Worthing Council business grant to help us fund ISO 27001 accreditation, as we have just launched our new GDPR review service and this accreditation will help us grow our business by at least two employees over the next six months. ISO 27001 has been recognised internationally as the cornerstone for any organisation that is serious about combating threats to information security and cyber crime and will further enhance our reputation as leading compliance consultants.

We found out about the grant from the Council website, found the online application process was simple to use, took very little time to complete and notification of our funding came through very quickly. We have already put the funding to work and expect to be IS27001 compliant within a matter of weeks.
